You are right. GDFv5 script consist of analyse stage and frame-recovering stage. Separate frames from-the-future and frames from-the-past are detected and must be fixed correctly. You can control it by parameter myDebug=true.
You can see frames marked from '-fix50' to 'fix125'. It is mean -50% from source (back to the past) and +125% from source (go to the future).
Usual dropped frames must be marked 'fix50'. It is mean from the futire in the middle from current frame and next frame to avoid jump after dropped frame.

x64 chain seems more stable than x86 I'm missing ReClock to fine tune

Try EVR Sync renderer in MPC-HC x64.
menu View - Options - Output - Sync Renderer with D3D Fullscreen option enabled.

Ctrl-J to switch statisics details. See dropped frames number. It can grow at start but must stay unchanged while playback.
Ctrl-Win-T to enable/disable SVP tearing test (orange line). Use it to control smoothness
Ctrl-T to enable/disable MPC-HC tearing test (red double line). Use it to control smoothness

SVP, both for x86 and x64, now loads only if FFDShow is the first on the list of external filters

My chain:

Filters currently loaded:
  - Default DirectSound Device
  - Enhanced Video Renderer (custom presenter)
  - Audio Switcher
  - ffdshow raw video filter
  - LAV Audio Decoder (internal)
  - LAV Video Decoder (internal)
  - LAV Splitter Source (internal)

It is MPC-HC 1.7.10 x86 filter list (menu Play - Filters - Copy filters list to clipboard). Bottom the first, upper the last. ffdShow raw after LAV Video. It must be so. It is normal.

Please open NTSC DVD video with your old settings and wait for micro stutter apper. After that send us bug report via SVP4 with message "NTSC DVD micro stutter".

ReClock has options to select how to detect framerate. It helped me to get correct detection without SVP delays.
SVP4 hasn't such setting. But SVP3 has: DelayOnPlayStart=0 by default. in msec.
Try it. Maybe we will add this setting to SVP4.

Is it an MPDN problem and not an SVP one?

Yes. SVP can produce frame resolution change to add colored borders. But MPDN can't show it correctly.
To avoid this SVP has black list of players that can't change size. Looks like we need to add MPDN to this list. You can do t manually.
SVP tray menu - Application settings - Edit keyboard shortcuts... - At opened tab you can find black listed players.

"Movie x 6" "Fixed 144fps" (or even "Fixed 150 fps")

We will think how to do it better. Maybe just add to the list.

Try TIVTC plugin.
I use simple AVS-script:

DirectShowSource("Video-24-in-30fps.mkv")
TDecimate(cycle=5)

Then open this script in MPC-HC instead of source video. This method let me to clean 30 fps video from double frames and return 24 fps on-the-fly. After that SVP does its work to add smoothnes. It working not significant but very well. In real time.

No. SVP use one multiplier. Refresh rate fluctuations +/-0.001 Hz are not impact on it.

It is renderer issue. To work good with black bars lightning function a Renderer must feel video resolution changes on-the-fly. Not all renderers can do it. Try to select another renderer in MPDN (sorry, I didn't try it yet, so I haven't certain solution for now).

About your 144 and 150 Hz solutions. I have 144 Hz monitor too. I use 120 Hz mode for 24 and 30 fps video and 100 Hz mode for 25 and 50 fps video. It gives me integer smoothing factor, so it have less visible artifacts.

SVP used avisynth inside ffdShow. So ffdShow can provide only 8 bit for now. ffdShow need to be updated too to process and bypass 10 bit to avisynth via ffdShow_source() function.

Тема интересна. И очень здорово, что удалось разобраться в чем именно была проблема.
И то, что SVP не при чем - это приятно слышать. smile
К сожалению, я в вопросе калибровки не сильно спец, но надеюсь, что мои наводящие вопросы и ссылка были хоть чуточку полезны. wink
Сам смотрю видео без каких-либо калибровок. Мне вполне хватает предустановленных в мониторе режимов стандартный - театральный - ночной - игровой. Не то чтобы это правильно, но многие пользователи SVP, как и я, не заморачиваются c калибровкой. И очень здорово, что есть такие первопроходцы в вопросе калибровки и правильной настройки цвета - ваши труды не прошли даром, и те, кого интересует вопрос правильных цветов будут начинать уже не с нуля, а с учетом вашего опыта, изложенного в этой теме и не только wink

Обычный набор фильтров и цветовых пространств:
YV12 -> [HW-декодер] -> YV12 -> [отрисовщик]-> RGB32

Набор фильтров и цветовых пространств в случае с SVP:
YV12 -> [HW-декодер] -> YV12 -> [ffdShow-постфильтр] -> YV12 -> [отрисовщик]-> RGB32

Try one of these ways:
1. Choose another path to install. Differ from C:\Program Files(x86)
2. Install SVP3 usual way. Is it has the same permission denied problem when choose C:\Program Files(x86) folder?
3. Run installer as administrator (as said Blackfyre) can help in both cases: SVP3 and SVP4

The best way is to use GPU Acceleration in SVP of course. But we need to find and fix the error first.
