In this case you need to solve problem yourself. I don't know what is wrong in your system.
Try to disable OSD: SVP tray menu - settings - uncheck option "Show OSD messages". Maybe it is right what you need.

поможет, если движение в кадре в пределах нескольких пикселов, либо картинка уже размыта. Но если кадры четкие и движения существенны, то смешивание даст двойные контуры, потерю резкости, а эффект неравномерного движения в месте выпавшего кадра сохранится.

Это команда открытия файла в цветовом пространстве YV12. Судя по ошибке "SVSuper: Clip must be in YV12", она возвращает клип не в пространстве YV12, обычно это ошибка в виде клипа в пространстве RGB32. Нужно выяснить, что за ошибка. Для этого создать AVS-файл, куда поместить только одну эту процитированную строчку. Открыть получившийся скрипт в плеере - станет видна реальная ошибка.
Ошибка скорее всего в отсутствующем декодере: кодек-пак или еще кто установил декодеры, прописал их в реестре, потом удалил, а записи в реестре остались. Вот команда открытия файла и не работает.

Это широкораспрораненные форматы. Их поддерживает поставляемый в составе пакета SVP набор декодеров LAV Filters. Возможно, самым простым решением будет запустить три пакетных файла из папки SVP\LAV:
install_audio.bat
install_splitter.bat
install_video.bat
Все три должны сообщить об успешном выполнении. Они поправят записи реестра, пропишутся в нем как приоритетные декодеры.

It is bad because vector search it the main part of all algorythm. In your case it can't work properly without errors.
Do you know how to check overclock, overheating and CPU throttling? I think it is the problem.
You can use SVPmark test for this purposes. It can burn your CPU better other CPU stability tests. 
You need to get stability of your system first. After that SVP will start work properly in 99% cases.

- чье сообщение? лучше приложить точную цитату ошибки, а еще лучше скриншот.
- тема не про сохранение, поэтому, чтобы не засорять лучше ответить там.
P.S. покадрово видео можно смотреть прямо в плеере без сохранения AVS-скрипта. Правда только в прямом направлении: Ctrl-вправо в MPC-HC

Пункт меню в SVP - сформировать фильтр для xvid4psp5 у меня недоступен (наверное потому что я установил с сайта xvid4psp6)
Да. Для xvid4psp5 когда-то разобрались и сделали создание скритпа-профиля, для xvid4psp6 никто пока не разбирался.

видимо, какие-то (левые) уже зарегистрировались При чистой установке SVP все должно работать.
Самое действенное, удалить SVP с удалением всех его компонентов (ffdShow, LAV, Haali) и установить снова, тогда правильные фильтры зарегистрируются поверх левых.

I can tell you how to customize SVP to get every second black frame.
It is on your own risk. IT IS HARMFULL FOR EYES. It can be not safe for people with some diseases.
1. Open file C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP\AVS\MSmoothFps.avs in notepad.
2. Add line to the end of file:
interleave(last,last.BlankClip)
3. Close and save
4. In SVP profile window choose Target frame rate: To screen refreshrate / 2
You will get 48 fps at your 96 Hz monitor. You will see how ugly video looks.

If you have this BD then you can look to 00019.m2ts and 00023.m2ts from it.

Yes we can. But we will not doing it because it is unusefull thing for 60 fps monitor and it makes flicker. It is harmfull to human eyes.

CRT have zero latency, picture is already sharp in motion. No motion blur on CRT.

OSD message must telling you:
SVP performance is too low.
Try to lower the profile settings.
If you dont know how to change profile settings then you can just reset profiles: SVP tray menu - Video profile - Reset to defaults - OK - Yes.
SVP will detect productivity of your system and choose profile with optimal settings automatically.
Second (Better!) solution - is to help SVP to detect screen resolution correctly. In addition it makes all SVP fonts and elements sharp.

You need to make two steps:
1. Disable display scaling to SVP Manager application: go to c:\Program Files (x86)\SVP folder - right click on SVPmgr icon - Properties - Compatibility - check option Disable display scaling on high DPI settings - OK
2. Enlarge font size in SVP: SVP tray menu - Information - Hidden settings - find and change setting 'HFont=96' to 'HFont=125' or something you like - close and save - Exit SVP Manager and run it again
