Так какие вопросы то, CreateFile долбится - значит так и есть.
Оно не должно ничего писать, наверное даже обновление аттрибута "last access time" может привести к перезаписи целой ячейки на SSD.

для бета-тестеров - поддерживает, для всех остальных - нет
все-равно толку мало, стабильности нет
если хочется чем-то руки занять, то 64-бит плагины Ависинта доступны (известно где)
но это строго на свой страх и риск

если надо что бы параметры совпадали с "как в 3.1.6" - явным образом поставь satd=false для блоков 32*32
