I can tell you how to customize SVP to get every second black frame.
It is on your own risk. IT IS HARMFULL FOR EYES. It can be not safe for people with some diseases.
1. Open file C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP\AVS\MSmoothFps.avs in notepad.
2. Add line to the end of file:
interleave(last,last.BlankClip)
3. Close and save
4. In SVP profile window choose Target frame rate: To screen refreshrate / 2
You will get 48 fps at your 96 Hz monitor. You will see how ugly video looks.
Have you ever seen real motion resolution tests?
I mean 'Hi-Definition Reference Disc 2008 Blu-ray 1080I AVC LPCM7.1' for example.
If you have this BD then you can look to 00019.m2ts and 00023.m2ts from it.

Bullshit! I have LightBoost. No double-image effect at any video at any framerate. Maybe testufo is wrong test?! 
BTW. These two is not true images what really see human eyes.

Yes we can. But we will not doing it because it is unusefull thing for 60 fps monitor and it makes flicker. It is harmfull to human eyes.
Why you need black frames on CRT?
CRT have zero latency, picture is already sharp in motion. No motion blur on CRT.

And what the problem?
OSD message must telling you:
SVP performance is too low.
Try to lower the profile settings.
If you dont know how to change profile settings then you can just reset profiles: SVP tray menu - Video profile - Reset to defaults - OK - Yes.
SVP will detect productivity of your system and choose profile with optimal settings automatically.
Second (Better!) solution - is to help SVP to detect screen resolution correctly. In addition it makes all SVP fonts and elements sharp.

You need to make two steps:
1. Disable display scaling to SVP Manager application: go to c:\Program Files (x86)\SVP folder - right click on SVPmgr icon - Properties - Compatibility - check option Disable display scaling on high DPI settings - OK
2. Enlarge font size in SVP: SVP tray menu - Information - Hidden settings - find and change setting 'HFont=96' to 'HFont=125' or something you like - close and save - Exit SVP Manager and run it again
Thank you. I checked zoom on win7. It works the same manner as in win8.
So. There is no picture distortion when zoom is enabled.
SVP profile must be customized: change Decrease frame size setting to Disabled value.
You can use zoom in win7/win8 and use SVP without worry about wrong detected screen size.
Maybe win8 zoom and SVP can live together. I will look what we can do for it.
To avoide resize inside SVP you need to change in SVP profile settings window: Decrease frame size: Disabled.
If it will not help then disable zoom in win8: Control panel - Appearance and Personalization - Display - Change the size of all items - Smaller, 100%

P.S. madVR do nothing to picture quality if you view 1080p video on 1080p screen. madVR improves quality only when picture (up/down)scaling from one size to another.
Try this file: 1080p - 29.97 fps - VBR, 16 mbps - (29 MB)

And yes. You can just disable zoom in Win8 if it not matter to you.

It is because of enabled zoom in your Win 8 system.
Try to view test 1080p video with thin lines (width=1 pixel). If lines become unsharp then zoom is bad for picture quality.
If lines stay sharp with SVP then don't pay attention to wrong screen size.

Для начала выяснить, какая у Вас видеокарта. Затем скачать драйвер с оф. сайта и установить себе на компьютер. Если возникают такие вопросы, то обратитесь к специалисту, который устанавливал Вам windows. Это его косяк, что в системе не оказалось полноценного драйвера с OpenCL.

А, ну это совсем другое дело. Это нехватка производительности системы. Если процессор и видеокарта при этом не нагружены, то очень похоже на пропускную способность памяти. Ну и проверить еще не помешает в каком режиме видеокарта работает PCI-E x16 или в аварийном PCI-E x1. Это тоже сильно снижает производительность.
Options - Playback - Output - unchek Auto-zoom option.
Посмотрел "Семейку Адамс" по ссылке. Звук на файле "Addams Family Values-1080rus.mkv" от начала до конца синхронный. Звук на файле "Addams Family-1080rus.mkv" синхронный в начале, в середине для синхронности пришлось указать задержку аудио -600, а в конце -1200. Использовал кнопки серый + и серый - в MPC-HC 1.7.3.

Может дело в этой галке?!
Все-таки один из файлов оказался с записанным в нем рассинхроном. От SVP не зависит. Ставил число потоков 15. На синхронность не влияет. Так что аккуратней выбираем торренты, и умело пользуемся компенсаторами задержки аудио.
P.S. И да. На том файле запаздывает. Только не видео, а звук

It is mean internal windows scripting works incorrect.
Try this solution (FAQ - Windows Script Host error: "The value for the attribute is not valid : language" or "JScript"):
to re-register 32-bit version of jscript.dll located in %WINDIR%\SysWOW64\ with regsvr32 command. To do this:
- run "Command Prompt" (just write "cmd" in the search box) as administrator;
- execute the following commands:cd %windir%\syswow64
regsvr32 jscript.dll
If it can't help then it may be antivirus software. Try to enable WScript.Shell in your antivirus.

не включается OpenCL
