To add new value of threads you can customize SVP 3.1.7 config file. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP\SVPMgr.config in notepad and add lines you nedded:

You can did one of these:
1. Copy SVP 4\plugins\avisynth.dll to player's forlder. Usually they are:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP 4 PRO\plugins\avisynth.dll" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\MPC-HC\"
2. Copy SVP 4\plugins\avisynth.dll to system32 forlder. Usually it is "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\" for x64 OS.
3. Reinstall avisynth from SVP 4 maintenance tool: SVP tray menu - Utilities - Additional programs and features... - select Add or remove components - Next - select Avisynth MT - Next - Next - Update - Restart.
If you can't press Next while select Avisynth MT option then uncheck Avisynth MT option first - Next - Next - Update (Ignore all errors). Then repeat point 3 from the beginning.

But how you compare SVP and CMR?
You need at least one source. One Display. One refreshrate. And two different technology. smile
Then comparison will be correct.
If you see result of SVP at 60 Hz PC monitor then 120 Hz TV display can show different picture much better picture by default.

I have TV Philips 40PFL5007. It can show 100/120 Fps with strobe backlight (like this). But its smoothing technology PMR 400 not so good to smooth some dynamically moved objects. So. The best smoothness is if I use both technology: SVP and PMR400.
Source 24 fps > SVP > 60 fps > 1080p60 via HDMI > Philips PMR400 > 120 fps

CMR works on internet vids e.g. Youtube, etc. and SVP does not
In my case both are worked: SVP and PMR400.

BTW. In SVP4 I use prfile with best quality: Automatic [0]. See it number in the SVP4 Events log.

ffdShow 4533 is the last version and new versions are not announced.
oviano is right. Use version 4533. Of course you can download and use another version.
I compare them time to time. 4533 is the best (or at least no worse than others). wink

Все идеи уже озвучены. Подытожу, как я бы делал по-порядку:
- скачать и проверить как работает GPU-ускорение в SVP 3.1.7;
- скачать и установить DirectX с оф.сайта (вроде это не должно влиять, но тут случай явно необычный);
- обновиться на три-четыре драйвера NVIDIA назад (выбрать и качать с оф. сайта, при установке указать "clean install");
- списать все на винду и поставить Windows заново с оригинального образа Microsoft.

Рекомендую удалить текущий драйвер и почистить в системе все остатки от драйвера.
Воспользоваться утилитой DDU.
Затем установить все тот же драйвер. Должно помочь.

Обычно в таких случаях помогает переустановка драйвера. Для Radeon'ов надо качать полный комплект (тот вариант драйвера, что побольше весит), для Intel HD 4000 - тот, что с официального сайта. Драйвер, приезжаюший по обновлениям винды часто не содержит поддержки OpenCL.

Если переустановка не поможет, то мне нужен отчет утилиты clinfo из папки SVP 4\Utils.
Ну или просто баг-репорт SVP 4 отправьте, там есть все, что нужно... Глянем логи, посоветуем как исправить.

Правда в том, что нет смысла рассчитывать больше кадров, чем может отобразить монитор. В этом смысле Вы правы и нет смысла выбирать в SVPчыстоту 120 к/сек при том, что на мониторе частота обновления экрана 60 Гц.

Другое дело, что целые коэффициенты творят чудеса: и в расчете легче, и артефакты менее заметны.
На картинке выше dlr5668 показал частоту обновления экрана 71.928 Гц.
Это удобная частота для видео 23.976 к/сек: 23.976 *3 = 71.928

Good adapter with high performance. madVR must be better choice. Of course if you control GPU load. You can use GPU-Z for it.

GPU decoding in SVP, where can I enable it?
MPC-HC has internal decoder: LAV Filter. You can choose NVIDIA CUVID acceleration into it.

I am using Kodi DSplayer build with madVR as video renderer and reclock as audio renderer
So. I don't know about decoding settings in Kodi. In madVR check Automatic Fullscreen Exclusive mode option and another options in the general settings tab. Try to enable them. They must help.
I use Exclusive + use Direct3D 11. Some times ago I used windowed overlay.

What videocard are you using? Enable GPU-acceleration in SVP, enable GPU decoding. It will reduce CPU load.
What renderer in MPC-HC are you using? I recommend to use madVR or EVR Custom with D3D Fullscreen option.

BTW 90% CPU load is high. To get smooth playback you need to get 80% CPU load to avoid freezes at difficult places in the video.

Сменить его на LAV, повыбирать в нем доступные декодеры с разным аппаратным ускорением (none, quicksync, cuvid, dxva2 copy-back). Сохранятся при этом подергивания?
