может быть это потому что минимальный уровень работы светодиодов все-равно достаточно яркий 
т.е. был, скажем, почти черный RGB=(10,10,10), вычли "едва заметный" зеленый, осталось (10,0,10), но физически светодиоды при этом светят так же, как было бы при (100,0,100)

надо поставить серию экспериментов...

So ffdshow filter isn't firing up for mp4 streams for some reason.

Youtube's DASH formats (marked with (*) in SVPtube) are really tricky for video players.
Suggestions are:
- use latest night builds of MPC-HC and LAV filters
- don't expect good results for hi res video with slow Internet connection
- long videos gives more troubles

I would I set up a different video player

we know only two video players now able to load two live streams (by URL) simultaneously - MPC-HC and MPC-BE
if you know others - let us know

Ambibox is just trying to provide all possible options and they don't really thinks about usability and stuff

Prismatik has the option for Adalight and Ardulight engines only (ColorSequence value in the .ini file)

What effect does Reclock have on SVP?

it allows to sync SVP's output with the real screen refresh rate
e.g. 59.97 from SVP -- to 60.123 screen

the only purpose to use Reclock is if you really want ZERO dropped frames 
otherwise it's useless

"PAL speedup" issue is NOT about "25fps videos played at 60hz".
It's just about conversion NTSC's region DVDs into PAL's region ones - an ancient history now.

There're no GPU devices on your screenshots 

Clean and re-install all the graphics drivers - that's all I can say.
