даже не знаю что можно такое выкрутить, что бы тормозило на fx-8350

2 фильтра ffdshow video. Разве одного недостаточно?

зазчем-то видео декодер выбран НЕ встроенный в MPC-HC

I do hope that we will one day have some form of motion interpolation software that is based upon continuous partial derivatives and accurate phase correlation; if not in this decade then hopefully at least during the early 2020s, because I am sure we at least have enough computational power to pull it off.

Are you sure this's the same .exe running in both cases?

Besides, MPC-HC 1.7.9 is not working at all in pipe mode on my PC HTTP mode is OK.

first question is what mpc-hc version is running by livestreamer?

mpc-hc.exe, PID: 4788, supports 2GB RAM ONLY

all official mpc-hc builds are built with 4GB flag
