It's unclear from your screenshots what player do you use.
For example MPC-HC 64-bit + Avisynth+ may not work in 4k at all.
In fact the only combination working fluently with my FX-8350 + gtx 750 is 32-bit MPC-HC.
Both mpv and mpc-hc 64-bit give very strange results.

Since Nov 2016 Homebrew dropped 10.9 "Mavericks" support for some packages including mpv.
This means it's not possible now to install mpv on 10.9 via Homebrew, however you can build it from source by yourself.
SVP 4 Mac app itself will continue to support 10.9.

Как следует из названия - интерфейс mpchc, кроссплатформа на Qt, всеми медиа функциями заведует движок mpv
