Ok. I will try to setup WMC+LAV+ffdShow on my netbook (Win7 x86).
If I will get success then I will inform you.

First modification of SVP 3.1.4 is ready: soft-telecined video fix.

This mod can recognize wrong ffdShow framerate of soft-telecined video and correct this value.

You can use ffdShow video decoder as postprocess filter after LAV decoder.
Enable RAW format support there. After that ffdShow must load in all players automatically as postprocess filter after main decoder filter and other postprocess filters.

You need some customizations of WMC x86. See pictures there but use LAV instead of ffdShow.

Try it. Please tell about results.

MadVR has more quality and more consumption of CPU. But your system is powerful enough for that.

fx 8350 have 8 cores. Maybe it is the cause of system frozen?
Try to encrease threads number in SVP menu.

Can you look at CPU Load and GPU Load (via GPU-Z) while playing? What means do you see there?

Probably you need just to change decoder to stutter-free one. For example change LAV QuickSync to LAV CUVID.

Tearing? Press Ctrl-T (Ctrl-Win-T) in player while playing.

Do you see such tearing of line at your TV?

If yes then you need to enable vertical synchronization in your NVIDIA driver.
NVIDIA control panel - 3D settings - 3D settings control - Vertical Sync - switch to enable - Apply

Просто уверен, что и такие специалисты найдутся. SVP должен повышать плавность любому материалу без тормозов.

Сейчас профили настроены по максимально возможной загрузке ЦП, чтобы на особо динамичных сценах система продолжала уплавнять без дропов. Если дропы наблюдаются, значит ошибочно определен более производительный набор профилей. Чтобы впредь не было дропов надо откатиться на предшествующий ему. Это решение для SVP 3.1.4.
То, что при медленном движении и на слабоконтрастных сценах SVP загружает процессор меньше на 30-40%, это можно рассматривать как энергосберегающий бонус. И кулер на процессоре на таких как правило еще и тихих сценах снижает обороты. Считаю такое положение дел вполне допустимым и даже подходящим.

Понимаю твое желание загрузить процессор работой на 100%. И сам сталкиваюсь с незапланированной кратковерменной и долговременной загрузкой процессора: анитивирус, почта, аська, скайп, бэкап, дефрагментация, торрент-клиент. Ожидай новую бету. Вроде бы придумалось решение для реализации профилей по жанру и одноременного управления загрузкой процессора для избежания тормозов при внезапном повышении загрузки как левыми процессами, так и незапланированной загрузки от декодирования, деинтерлейса, шейдеров, масштабирования и даже от сложности сцены.

короче говоря есть шанс узнать о себе много интересного - если посреди фильма залезть в профиль .

First of all connect your display to NVIDIA card NOT to motherboard output.
Look at GPU-Z at Sensors tab. What GPU Load vaules when madVR is working with hard settings?
Attach picture: Preview - Attach - browse - OK - Load - Send.
