Некоторые отрисовщики не умеют на лету менять размер отображаемой области кадра, они используют только тот размер, который был при открытии файла. В MPC-HC такой отрисовщик - это Overlay Mixer. Меняешь на другой и никакой обрезки не происходит.

Yes. We plan to release new version next month. You can use this modification if you can't wait.

It is frame borders artifacts. Appears with GPU acceleration when frames has thin black borders.
We work on the artifact fix but it is complicated issue and I not sure if we can fix it for near time.
By now you can avoid these artifacts by enabling black borders crop: SVP tray menu - Frame crop.
I recommend one of two values in your case:
- By four pixels on each side
- Custom - enter 2 in each field - Apply

Be patient. It works good.
1. Uninstall external LAV Filters: in the LAV folder run 3 batch files uninstall_*
2. Enable internal LAV in MPC-HC for all formats: menu View - Options - Internal Filters - check all options In Source Filters and Transform Filters sections
3. Check if ffdShow raw is still present as external filter: menu View - Options - External Filters - checked ffdShow raw line with Prefer option
DXVA string at bottom is a normal for CUVID hardware decoder with SVP processing

Эта версия у меня наконец-то заработала на Quadro 600. До этого включение NNEDI3 вызывало замерзание картинки. Теперь слайдшоу с кучей пропущенных кадров 
И это всего лишь удвоение NNEDI3 (image doubling) для 24 к/сек размера 720x304, а затем уменьшение до 1102x466 алгоритмом по-умолчанию Catmul-Rom (image downscaling). Поток в 60 к/сек потребует в 2.5 раза большей производительности от видеокарты. Требовательность NNEDI3 к видеокарте прямо-таки не маленькая.
Судя по цифрам теоретической производительности (245.76 GFLOPS), карточка Quadro 600 в 10 раз медленнее моей домашней видеокарты GTX 660 Ti (2459,5 GFLOPS). Погляжу на досуге как GTX 660 Ti справляется с алгоритмом удвоения размера кадра NNEDI3.

SVP has 5 profiles sets numbered from 1 to 5 with letter 'c' or 'g'. What mean CPU or GPU.
When install and first launch SVP automatically estimate your system performance and choose one of profiles sets. You can change profiles set manually: SVP tray menu - Video profiles - Reset to defaults.
Fixed problem with wrong 3D detection for file names like "Happy Hour"
Fixed "24fps-look" for 3D movies.
Try SVP Manager modification here.

Are there any disadvantages of max buffer size?
Available memory size of 32-bit player is restriction. 2-4GB at all. You can't chose BIG number of frame duffer. It is not necessary. I use default values.
What hardvare is needed to play 1080p in full settings?
None. No one hardware can play it. It is not needed. Maximum settings values is wrong way. They don't give you maximum quality. Use predefined profiles to get maximum quality. For your system it is 5g profiles set.

- 3D is disabled by default (StereoMode_AutoDetect=0), enabled to video with StereoTag in file name only;
- added new setting StereoTag_bounds for more precize StereoMode detection;
- value of setting StereoMode_AutoDetect changed when user change 3D stereo mode;
- minor bugs fixes
download, unpack with files replacement to SVP folder, launch SVPMgr

This question you need to ask to MPC-HC developers.
restore Media Info to Explorer context menu?
Install MediaInfo tool for it.
Or you can just use internal MediaInfo of MPC-HC to see Media Info of opened file: file - properties - MediaInfo.
what are "EVR buffers"?
It is amount of frames in buffer before show on screen. It improves stability of picture. See Targa's screenshot, left bottom corner.

1. Uninstall K-Lite and all other codec packs.
2. Uninstall Haali Matroska splitter.
3. Update LAV Filters to last version (for now it is 60.1): install video + audio + splitter.
4. Use your player as usual.

Avisynth can't access to text file just created. In most cases it is antivirus work. Just disable antivirus or add folder C:\Users\BABEJT\AppData\Roaming\SVP 3.1\Logs to exception list.

As I know latest MPC-HC is not needed in DX9 (used library included in player's folder). But earlier versions of MPC-HC require DX installed separately over any windows). Anyway you can try to open player without DX installed. You will see alert message if DX required.

Результаты совпали с ожидаемыми: видео быстрее на 36%, проц на 26%, но это синетика. А в реальном уплавнении выигрыш всего 14% по сравнению с AMD A10-6800K.
Другое дело, что этот проц не раскрывает свой потенциал без специально готовящихся под него дарйверов AMD Catalyst 13.35 BETA, где будет много новых плюшек: Mantle, Dual graphics, HSA, в том числе обещается уплавнялка AMD Fluid Motion Video. Разработчики обещают выпустить драйвер в конце января (подробнее). Доживем - увидим.

Можно предположить, что AVerMedia ExtremeCap U3 | CV710 не имеет аппаратного кодека. Вместо этого поток через USB3.0 идет как есть, без компрессии, сжатие в MP4 (H.264, AAC) осуществляется процессором компьютера, из-за чего и достаточно высокие системные требования.

It is possible to add profile up to 4K WHXGA resolution (5120 x 3200);

Если есть NVIDIA-карточка или планируется ее покупка, то можно использовать встроенную в нее возможность аппаратного сжатия видео и утилиту ShadowPlay.
