Last resort... Weirdly enough this issue has stopped some crashes. Probably won't fix the one above because it looks like its tied to LAV filters and dxva, but worth a shot.
If you've installed all the add-ons that come with SVP 4.
Go to media player classic options, on the menu on the left click on "Output". And under Audio Renderer select Reclock Audio Renderer.
See if that helps with your original crash. As for the crash you've posted above, I suggest you reset your LAV Filter settings for both video & audio back to DEFAULT.
Blackfyre
How lavvideo error related to ReClock?
Blackfyre
How lavvideo error related to ReClock?
I said it's not related to Lav Video. I said it might help with his original error. From the OP. Small chance anyway.
I'm not the OP guy.
And Reclock Audio Renderer doesn't help, as expected.

Could you provide me with version 4.0.0.60?
As I have said in a previous post (http://www.svp-team.com/forum/viewtopic … 736#p57736) the problem appeared when I installed 4.0.0.66. I wanna test the old version again and see if I really don't have any crashes with 4.0.0.60.
Could you provide me with version 4.0.0.60?
This's not so easy as it sounds...
Besides sticking to some early version could be an option for you as a user but definitely is NOT an option for us as a developers.
But ok, we'll prepare the package with the older version just for the users that have this (still unsolved) issue.
I absolutely agree, I don't want that to be a solution. I want to get updates, too
It was just my idea of verifying that the problematic change was made in 4.0.0.66.
"The problematic change" is somewhere between "Windows-only engine" and "all platforms engine" (Linux and OS X in this case).
This's the problem.
Well that sounds like a lot of work, but I'm confident you'll find the culprit
Anything I can do to help find it?
4.0.0.60 - link
Just unpack into SVP 4 install folder and run either "svpmanager.pro-60.exe" or "svpmanager.free-60.exe".
It should not interfere with existing rev.72 files.
blabb
so, any news?
I've mostly watched 720p content the last 2 days and crashes don't happen on 720p as often as on 1080p, so I don't feel comfortable saying already that it works. But so far I haven't had a single crash.
I'll certainly keep you updated.

That's good news. Can you test several other types of content. So that if everything works with no issues, it might help the SVP Team determine what the problem is that is causing the issue.

Chainik I've kept a copy of this and I'm actually using version 4.0.0.60
Remember the threads issue I had when selecting AUTO caused hanging every now and then in a video.
I fixed it by disabling GPU acceleration and setting Threads manually to 23. CPU Usage went up, but ZERO hanging.
Enabling GPU Acceleration with Intel or my AMD card caused an immediate crash with 23 threads, so I lowered it to 19 to fix the problem, but I realised recently it hangs (but a lot less often, maybe once in a movie).
Using SVP Manager Pro 60 solved the problem completely. I haven't tried setting it on AUTO Threads and testing, but the GPU Acceleration issue from my Intel GPU combined with 19 Processing Threads is working perfectly for me over the last 2 days.
So at least version 4.0.0.60 helped me. Hopefully this narrows down the problem? I'm going to test with AUTO threads now and see if it helps. I'll edit this post if GPU Acceleration + AUTO Threads works with this version.
I still didn't have a single crash with 4.0.0.60 so it seems that this is really the last version without that issue.
Also regarding GPU Acceleration: GPU Acceleration alone doesn't seem to be the issue. When I had the newer version installed I tried disabling GPU Acceleration to see if it fixes the crashes, but I still had crashes.
> When I had the newer version installed I tried disabling GPU Acceleration to see if it fixes the crashes, but I still had crashes.
ok, what if replace "script/base.avs" with the one attached?
(not the "script-60/base.avs" one!)

I'm watching football right now, haha game after game. I'll test later tonight. Thanks.

Just tested twice, definitely doesn't fix the issue.
MPC force closes (with no dump or no crash report, just completely closes) 20 or so minutes into the video, so instead of hanging and resuming, the media player just closed, as well as SVP 4 Pro (4.0.0.73), that closes too at the same time (all tray icons close too for lav filters and madvr).
4.0.0.60 is still working great, I'm going to do further testing now with 4.0.0.60 by watching a movie with threads set to AUTO and GPU Acceleration enabled on my Intel HD 4600.
EDIT:
Just finished watching a 2 hour movie, NO Crash & NO Hanging, even though I have Processing Threads set to AUTO & GPU Acceleration on the Intel HD 4600 (Using 4.0.0.60). So it seems the problem, at least the one I am having, only started happening after 4.0.0.60 at some point.
Goodluck, and if you guys need anything from me, let me know. We can continue this in private messages or here if you want me to test different versions or other things.
I've experienced nastier error.
When using newest version of madvr, lav, mpc-hc, I got access violation error. I'm using direct show filters from k-lite.
After I downgraded the version, the error doesn't happen anymore.
I don't know whether it's plugin error or simply one of filters, but I don't think it's SVP manager problem since I don't use SVP manager but the error still happens.
mashingan
I didn't faced with the error on your screenshots. When the error is appear?
Right after video open or after some time of video playback?
Can you localize the error? The cause is maybe one of:
newest version of madvr, lav, mpc-hc

How should I test? 4.0.0.73 with or without GPU acceleration?

The error appeared after some time of video playback at random time, usually it's one time in 20 minutes. But when really unlucky, it could be happened twice
Only tested with 64-bit filters chain.
For now, I haven't able to localize the error. I realized it's the new version which the source of error after trial and error installing and uninstalling the packs.
The current versions are:
MPC-HC: 1.7.10.101 (38c98cd)
LAV video Decoder: 0.67.0.142-git
MadVR: 0.90.10

LAV video Decoder: 0.67.0.142-git
MadVR: 0.90.10
The biggest recommendation I can give you personally speaking; Uninstall K-Lite Codec Pack (I haven't used it in years), and use the SVP Installer to keep MadVR, LAV Filters, and MPC up to date (they all get updated a few days max after the update is released). Otherwise I highly recommend you get them from their official sources on the DOOM9 Forums.
MadVR is up to version 0.90.17
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=146228
Just look at the change-log and see how much has been updated and changed since version 0.90.10 that you're using.
LAV Filters are up to version 0.68.0

Your MPC is up to date, but here is where you can get it officially:
