It wants to switch it to primary. It is because high framerate synchro problem. You can check it. NVidia 3D Vision doesn’t like multiple displays.

My Problem has nothing to do with 3D.
When I use SVP and observe the CPU usage graphs I see that Core 1 is used more than the others. Is it possible that there is a multi-core problem with SVP/XBMC?

This time, it looks more balanced than yesterday, but the problem remains (see, CPU load << 100% and SVP-Index<1).

It is not normal. Usually low CPU usage appears when set low number of threads.
Did you try to increase threads number (change "Processing threads: Auto" to 8, 9 or 10)?
But it is not solution. Real problem is secondary monitor synchro. The brakes right here.
By the way can you change renderer in XBMC?
changing processing threads doesn't help. The problem seems to be more within xbmc, since other players like zoom player work flawlessly even on the secondary monitor. It might be possible to change the renderer, but I don't know how.

Has this video subtitles?
In the Russian forum one man tells about problems with it. And turning subtitles off is solving the problem.
MAG79: Thanks for your proposal. I checked it: it doesn't matter if the video has subtitles. Switching them off in Video that has some doesn't make anything better.

Sometimes releasers make wrong head of the mediafile, set fps=30 in the header, inspite of video fps = 23.976
23.976/30.000=0.8
Please, check it, or put cut of the file on filesharing hosting.
No these data are usually correct. It happens to *ALL* video files that I have tested (>50).

I want to know how to be able to use xmbc with madvr reclock lav and svp.
To be honest I do not know how to setup xmbc for this.
I want to use MPC HC as external player in XBMC with madvr reclock lav and svp.
I play bd iso's and want to have hdaudio via pcm to my receiver with the best possible picture quality.
I have an I52500K @ 4.2 ghz, Ati Radeon 7870 at 1.1 ghz
Can someone please tell me what to do in following order, for instance
1: download ffdshow
2 install this or that programm
3: you get the point 
A link to a tutorial would be fine also, THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE
