с любым видео? в том числе с нормальным обычным 23.976 с железно постоянной частотой кадров? какой режим - *2.5? загрузка проца? индекс SVP?

AVSF - 0.8.1 (or 0.8.0-1 when installed via SVP)?
в 1001-й раз: либо OpenCL корректно стоит в системе и девайсы отображаются в clinfo, и тогда SVP работает, либо нет
сообщения о проблемах принимаются только в случае если clinfo всё показывает, а SVP не работает

надо конкретный алгоритм, что включить чтоб вылетало
так сходу - не вылетает...
еще надо лог сделать - в реестре в HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\AviSynthFilter\LogFile написать путь к файлу куда писать лог
