the error comes from mpv, not SVP...
besides I can't even reproduce this:

VLC must be correct version (for Apple Silicone)
SVPcode is NOT enabled by default at installation time, you must select the appropriate checkbox.
OR you can run Maintenance tool (menu -> Utilities -> Add. options and features) and add SVPcode extension manually.

in this case it is probably SVPcast preventing app closing
try turn it off (App. settings -> Add. options -> Extensions)

quick fix: remove SVPtube via Mantenance tool (or just move extensions/svptube.dll to another location)

это будет работать только для mpv, и не решать тех проблем ради которых эта автообрезка вообще и сделана - убирать артефакты по краям и снижать вычислительную сложность за счет уменьшения площади кадра.

где вы берете видео с белыми полями? никогда в жизни таких не видел. может просто стоит брать их в другом месте?

в принципе да, только это настолько редкая ситуация что будет больше проблем (с ложным срабатыванием), чем наоборот. мне так кажется.

так все-равно скрипт ависинт/vapoursynth изменяется, при этом плеер по сути переинициализирует _всё_, всю цепочку воспроизведения

everything under "scaling algorithms". setting everything to max values may slow down even rtx 3070. check GPU load in task manager.

нажать на вопросик, читать параметры от выбранного кодека
например, для nvenc_hevc: level=5.1
для libx265 как-то сложнее, типа x265-params=level-idc=5.1 (но это не точно)

looking into the crystal ball: you're playing HDR video via ffdshow filter and SVP is doing "HDR colors recovering" while it's enabled
switch to Avisynth Filter (https://www.svp-team.com/wiki/Avisynth_Filter_(AVSF)) + madVR for proper HDR playback
что за видео? какое-то конкретное или любое? что за видеокарта?
the simple answer: App. settings -> GPU acceleration -> uncheck 'Use Nvidia Optical Flow'

не надо ничего "вкл / выкл" в win11 (в параметрах дисплея, что ли?)
madVR по-умолчанию делает tone mapping
а можно ему сказать чтоб он сам переключал монитор в HDR
madVR settings -> devices -> название монитора -> hdr ->
- passhrough HDR to display, или
- tone map HDR using pixel shaders
ручное переключение hdr в параметрах дисплея нужно только для mpv или VLC
this means either wrong env. variables paths or conflicting Python installation
delete mpv-1.dll from Plex folder, it the PATH is correct it will use mpv-1.dll from SVP's folder directly
if Plex won't run at all after this -> path is incorrect
if it will run then most likely it's a Python conflict. do you have any other Python versions installed somewhere?
check SVP's log for errors
