I posted your response to their beta forum (I can't link directly to it since it is beta and they just added DV support). This is the response I got:
The metadata was updated in LAV 0.80 to include DoVi extensions, so they would need to cover that change, if they don't already.
please try the attached file (overwrite in SVP 4\avsf)

well, if your "development environment" doesn't work, and you're not an expert in "paths" (which sounds wired for a user of a development environment, but whatever...), then you probably should ask that app's support why their app doesn't work?
I can only say for the 1000th time - IF SVP/mpv64 folder is not in a system PATH, then SVP's Python doesn't interfere with anything.

RIFE is just a video profile. Switch to "Automatic" and you'll get a regular FRC algorithm.

AVSF bundled with SVP actually passses DoVi data (those commits ”Someone tried to add support some time ago but it never got anywhere”), and it definitely works with MPC Video Renderer.
инсталлятор / обновления должны теперь работать без всяких бубнов - скопированы на российский сервер, и cdn.svp-team.com перенаправляет туда с российских IP
