Remote control not working

Hello, I would like to understand how to use the remote control feature, it is not really clear how to use it, I have read some documentation, but I cannot do anything with it, as you can see in the SS it only says which port is open, but if I try to send some commando or to go to http://localhost:9901/ or whatever, nothing happens.
