наверное потому что vapoursynth не стоит, или стоит криво
надо зависимости проверить через ldd, у любой из SVP4/plugins/libvapoursynth_plugin*

I just said that SVP 4 Free running on 165 Hz screen will (probably) set FRC rate = 55:8, which is not good at all.
So just try it with more "comfortable" refresh rates like 144 or 156.

SVP doesn't like "non standard" monitor refresh rates, e.g.
- 24*6 = 144 - best
- 24*7 = 168 - best
- 24*13/2 = 156 - good
- 24*55/8 = 165 - bad
