ну так оно "прыгает", а не постоянно пиковая. по мере того как девайс запрашивает очередной кусочек видео через сеть.
так и должно быть... и видеокарта вполне себе используется
SVP всегда (!) достаточно сильно использует процессор (кроме NVIDIA Optical Flow).

It's more like beta version now... I'd better stick to PMP for now, even w/o SVP.
Probably they will add more features in future versions, otherwise I can imagine one possible workaround that we could implement on our side.
