Topic: SVP resizing 4:3 tv shows constantly

I don't know how to get rid of this, MPC resizing old 4:3 tv shows on 16:9 monitor to 4:3 or like 21:9.

It didn't happen on previous versions.

I tried to change Alter video frame size to Disabled, but it had no effect!

Can you advice? It resizes sometimes back, but it is annoying AF! And only restart of video player helps other times!

I tried use MPC-HC 64 bit ,or PotPlayer, same issue.

Now I am looking at it, i tried to check Fixed Aspect Ratio 16:9, i completely overlooked that i am blind big_smile

I will answer whether or not it helped...

Re: SVP resizing 4:3 tv shows constantly

Open one by one video filter and check frame size at each step.
While playback MPC-HC menu Play > Filters > you will see filters list
Check every picture size in every filter at tab Pin Info. Select [IN] Input and [OUT] Output.

You will get answer there.

It didn't help, do you know how to do this in PotPlayer?

Re: SVP resizing 4:3 tv shows constantly

in potPlayer use hotkeys:
Tab - potPlayer statistics
Ctrl+J - madshi statistics

I don't see anything here, also nothing like you talk about MPC in Filters section!

I screenshoted statistics but file is too large to upload geez:  https://ibb.co/0yLcymY

Re: SVP resizing 4:3 tv shows constantly

What says MediaInfo about your file?
The same size as at SVP screenshot? 720x480
What about Display aspect ratio value?
