you have Vapoursynth installed separately for some reason
either install additional modules there (https://github.com/vapoursynth/vs-miscfilters-obsolete) or if you have no idea what you're doing just remote it completely and stick to SVP's instructions

I just tried Heresphere and I will probably never touch it again. But thanks for the heads up smile
