Apologies, this was an error caused by my overactive antivirus software. I whitelisted the directory, rebooted and the issue went away, I have the fuzzy light bars again, and the 'svp index' showing 1.00. my cpu load is around 30% gpu 4.8% is there an easy way to push more work to the gpu, and ease the taxing on the cpu? Or maybe a different setup I could try, Thanks again!

Did an install of SVP4 Pro last night, beforehand I removed all added settings, codecs, players, splitters, filters, ffdshow, vapoursynth, and leftovers I could find. I ran the installation as default as possible, following the https://www.svp-team.com/wiki/SVP:MPC-HC guide, the only thing I changed was adding Dolby/DTS to the built-in audio LAV decoder as I use a receiver. it's playing good enough for a default install, and Dolby/DTS is working. This is my only issue... https://imgur.com/a/Rkr37rt This red outline around the video output in mpc-hc, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
