recent SVP versions set required permissions automatically once you select "SVP in VLC"

what SVP version are you using?
do you see UAC prompt?

there're a lot of images on that wiki page...
and it clearly mention that you can simple run SVP menu -> Utilities -> "Set env. variable from VLC and mpv"

The version i have is 4.1.0.111 and i'm not sure what the UAC promt is but i don't think i see it

I have done the set permissions thing shown in the image, didn't change anything (still shows the "you need to give write access" thing", also if i need to do this "add SVP 4\mpv64 folder to the PATH environment variable
add new env variable called PYTHONPATH, containing the same SVP 4\mpv64 path" i have no idea on how to do it because you don't provide any info on how to do so

Hello, i've been wanting to use SVP with VLC but it is just impossible, there little to no info on how to make it work and the one that's available for Windows users, i followed and it didnt work anyway.

So, how do i give "SVP Manager" write access to video filter and what are the next steps i need to do to make SVP work with VLC if there's any?

Thank you in advance!

I  have Windows 10 btw

I'm not really a mind reader. Try this.

I've said above that whatever info you need to help me you just can ask for it and I was gonna provide it. This is the link of the anime that I was watching https://mega.nz/folder/pfgAhCLZ#3vuWf62GSjC5C0OEMcdgVg , for exaple, I watched the first episode at 60fps with a average % CPU usage of 20% as I said but the 4th episode just has a CPU usage of 98% almost all the time so its unplayable.

I've noticed that there's things that are not the same between the 1st and 4th episode, the encoder, formats or whatever, I don't know about this but, I think you can check this two episodes and see why the 4th is excessively CPU demanding and the 1st one plays without problem.

It is not overheating, and can you be more specific on what are you trying to say?

Hi, I have this problem. I was watching an anime quitely and when I started the 4th episode it just uses like 98% CPU and plays at 11 fps, when previous episodes do use 20 - 60%, hope someone can help me with this, I can provide any info that you maybe ask for in order to help me, thanks in advance.
