Вторая видеокарта уже мощнее. Тогда лучше использовать более качественный, но и более требовательный отрисовщик madVR. В нем по-умолчанию включен режим Exclusive mode для полного экрана. Это даст равномерное плавное отображение движений при условии, что графика потянет madVR с его текущими настройками.

В этом компе гибридная графика, а для вывода видео на монитор используется встройка HD Graphics 5600.
Рекомендую выбрать "легкий" отрисовщик в MPC-HC. Лучшим выбором будет EVR custom с включенной галкой D3D Fullscreen.
Как ни странно от отрисовщика зависят не только скорость и качество вывода картинки, но и загрузка центрального процессора.

Please look at the mode in which your video adapter working. Maybe you have one of energy-saving states enabled when video is playing. Perhaps previous drivers make your adapter to work at higher frequency. wink
Higher frequency will give you smaller rendering time.

Да, это обычное дело. Если ничего не предпринимать, то можно наблюдать повтор кадра (отдельное микро-затормаживание картинки) через регулярные промежутки времени. В данном случае через каждые 1/(60.002-59.94) =16 сек.
Можно избежать этого, применяя ReClock для специального ускорение/замедление видеоряда со звуком с целью точного совпадения частоты видео с частотой обновления экрана.

Статистику пропусков и повторов кадров можно смотреть, например, в madVR по Ctrl-J.

Try to encrease threads number. Use 7 threads for 4 core CPU and 15 threads for 8 core CPU.

SVP3 uses Decrease frame size option to screen size. So picture size at madVR input is different: 1280x720 in the case with SVP3 and 1920x1080 with SVP4.

after a while of using the computer, surfing, maybe play Fallout 4 a bit, I get "Invalid script!
SVP4 try to determine current display mode on every display mode change. Fallout (and other games) changes display mode.
You need to find what values was determined in SVP4 Event log after you exit the game application.

The screen width is 2x only: 1366 / 2 = 683. We need to take it into account because screen resolution of 1366x768 is usual solution for many laptops and displays.

It is not avisynth. It is audio decoder. Looks like LAV Audio decoder is not used in your case. Used some another decoder with float output enabled. You need to change it.

Somehow I got 58.943 Hz at my monitor and 43312 / 44100 = 0.982131 pitch ratio.
It gives me 440 Hz * 0.982131 = 432,13 Hz wink

50 fps at the picture it is 2x smoothing after SVP.

I just try Intel Custom Resolutions and Modes
So, I just now added 50 Hz mode at my monitor connected to Intel HD Graphics 4000.
I need some more time to google and to add fraction modes such as 23.976x2 * 0.981818 = 47,080 Hz.
It will be 440 to 432 Hz mode for 23,976 fps videos. wink

MP4 файл из под Haali Muxer'а получается нестандартный. Подтверждаю, что не все проигрыватели потом его понимают. Даже MP4Box отказывается его читать.
Для бОльшей совместимости тогда нужно указывать расширение создаваемого файла mkv.

I checked Resample option in ffdShow Audio. Pitch is not corrected for me. I see only speed changes. Very little when change and back after some seconds after.
So. The pitch not changed form 440 Hz to 432 Hz. sad
