Looks like Level 5 works smooth on my i5 750 @3.66GHz
it's just because no one of us have i7-2600, so "level 5" may be a little bit simpler than it should be

Options marked "default" in UI is the best choice in most cases but their could be really heavy, especially for 1080p.
So SVP installer makes a quick assessment of the hardware speed and chooses one of predefined profiles sets - from "level 1" (minimum system like Core2Duo 2 GHz) to "level 5" (i7-2600 and above).
You can always change default profiles set with "Reset profiles" start menu item.

cool, but the strange part is I didn't fix it in 3.1
"sharp" uses only one frame to "shift" pixels, so result always as sharp as source video
all of others shaders blend pixels from two frames, which is usually better but can be ugly in animations like anime, simpsons/futurama and so on

the only issue I'm seeing that I didn't get with SVP 3.0.7 is the following error from time to time
it's a known bug with some (?) NV cards on some (?) driver versions

What do you mean? If BD3D ISO then I don't think SVP could handle them.
The only possible formats right now are "full" OR "half" "side by side" OR "over under" rips.

MAG79 could tell how to use true hardware deinterlace on NV cards with SVP. The short answer is "LAV CUVID"
Короче я так понял, что это всё внутренние половые проблемы кодека. 10 у него там бит, 20, или 100 - его личное дело.
Нет никакой необходимости не только иметь 10-битный монитор, но и вообще думать о "10 битах" за пределами декодера. Можно об этом думать как о HDR фотках: для создания фотки необходимо много-много бит, для просмотра - нет.
С т.з. простого юзера один жирный минус: никакой dxva эту дрянь не ест, а софтовое декодирование сильно тормозное.
