И вот я сомневаюсь, что факт наличия спешал оффера / скидки при покупке хоть как-то влияет на применимость / условия лицензии.

I think it's some incompatibility with Intel's OpenCL SDK 2.0 you've installed (as I can see from the dump).
Anyway Intel's runtime isn't working correctly with SVP so you need to uncheck "GPU acceleration" option first.
Also check if SVPmark will work for you - it has an option to choose which video card to use.

- try to turn on and off check boxes at "Advanced options" - > "Troubleshooting"
- play with rendering options in NV control panel (first of all - disable ALL video "enhancement" features)
- turn off "3d vision"

да такие уже 1000 лет есть
там текущий рекорд - 85 fps

It works right now but only with SBS and over-under stereo pairs.
Also Stereoscopic Player can't handle frame size changing in runtime so some SVP's features like black borders lighting and cropping won't work as expected.

Вот тебе в Гарварде "кафедра теологии".
В MIT именно "кафедры" не нашел , но всякой совсем не ядерной мутотени там полно, в том числе и теологии на уровне отдельных курсов.
