I'm not sure it's a ffdshow issue but a capture device and/or video player.
Someone has to sync audio and video branches in DS graph.

the other thing is to prove that audio and video really are "independent" - you can change video delay in "ffdshow video" (w/o svp at all)

There are no such things as IRQ conflicts in the modern era of APIC.  Haven't been since the 90s, either.  Two PCI devices sharing an IRQ is not a "conflict".  PCI devices are required (not optional) by the relevant PCI specifications since the mid-1990s to share an IRQ without adverse effects.  And since the advent of APIC (and ACPI), the end-user can't change IRQ assingments other than to shuffle cards around to different slots.  This is all handled by the chipset, mainboard design, BIOS, and device drivers.

If your device has problems because two PCI devices are sharing an IRQ, this is due to poor coding or programming decisions in the motherboard BIOS or the device driver.  Period.  Have the mobo manufacturer look into it, if you can get through to them.

so please try this solution:
1. manually set "number of light zones" in SVPlight to 50, click on "set" link (to avoid SVPlight's import bug)
2. open Prismatik, change number of LEDs to any value and then back to 50 (to avoid Prismatik's remote API bug)
3. test lights in SVPlight

have you imported settings from any Prismatik profile?

are first 10 LEDs working in the "Adjust" tab of SVPlight settings window?
what is Prismatik configuration? could you attach here some files from %homepath%\Prismatik folder?
