Looks like latest Intel's drivers are quite buggy o_O
There's not enough information now what is the reason - Windows 10, Broadwell/Skylake core or just some latest drivers update.
Or it's something like "NVidia + Win 10 + CUVID decoder" issue.
All I can suggest now is to try more options to narrow the issue down:
- turn off QuickSync decoder in LAV
- try some earlier driver versions
- try Windows 7/8
I wonder what's the point installing SVPlight if you don't have LED lighting hardware?
as Google tells us, 0xc0000142 error is usually about some system dlls mess or broken user account data after upgrade

SMPlayer is good for Win and Linux, still no Mac version...
mpv uses Vapoursynth as a video filter, which seems to be much more reliable than ffdshow+avisynth combo
we'll see it soon enough 
mpv on Windows:
1. there're no (?) pre-built binaries with VS support available
2. it lacks "JSON IPC" which's needed for the SVP Manager to control it
mpv on Linux/Mac:
1. VS video filter isn't compatible with HW decoding (except for Intel's GPU in Linux)
BTW, can Kodi use mpv as a video player?
SVP 4 Linux will work with mpv.
Still we have no plans to make ARM version now.

3.1.7, при прочих равных, быстрее чем 3.1.6, при сохранении попиксельной идентичности картинки.

Когда руки дойдут до создание реинкарнации SVPtube под SVP 4, скорее всего он будет жрать всё, что жрёт youtube-dl. Т.е. его возьмем в качестве "движка" вытягивающего ссылки.
Таков план. Самостоятельно следить за изменениями всей этой ерунды не реально.

4. В остальных случаях халявы нет. Платеж на 300 р. не с российского аккаунта, где в комментарии пусто либо комментарий не позволяет связать тебя с тобой же на форуме, будет возвращен.
