А если "run as Administrator" - то запускается?

Там человек решает более сложную задачу - на одном компьютере:
а) выводит по HDMI некий защищенный контент
б) захватывает его хреновиной "AverMedia Extremecap U3", уплавняет и смотрит

Т.е., проблем с "уплавнить захваченное" особых нет.
У меня на ноуте даже вебкамера уплавняется

with v4 SVPlight make it crash after less than a minut of playback

just to make it clear - SVP works fine with LED lights turned off and crashes after ~1 minute when you turn it on? right?

randomly desynced with the video, sometimes 0,250 delay, sometimes 0,600 and so on

did you checked this with the same video? when you try some video it shows random delay from run to run?

There was some issues (?) when run the installer from a network share disk...
