run 'set env. variables for vapoursynth' again

don't you see that mpv64 folder is not here?

and the log still tells "Main: PATH doesn't contain mpv64 folder, Vapoursynth Filter and libmpv players may not work"

when you double click "vapoursynth filter" in MPC-HC's "External filters" list - what happens?

this means RIFE/TensorRT works only via Vapoursynth Filter set in MPC-HC. Not via Avisynth Filter. Go to View -> Options -> External filters, uncheck Avisynth Filter, check Vapoursynth Filter.

installing Vapoursynth on your own (C:\Program Files\VapourSynth\core\vapoursynth.dll) was probably not a best idea, unless you know exactly what you're doing

PATH/PYTHONPATH are for the Vapoursynth/Python bundled with SVP, otherwise you shouldn't set these to SVP 4/mpv64

API is the same, the problem is in different packaging/installation
from what I tried, "portable" R74 doesn't like portable Python 3.12

why it tells "+3D SBS"? is it really 3d sbs? then why 3840*2160? or the file name contains "sbs" tag? or you turned this manually, then why?
