SVP not working with SMplayer

Update:  Did a complete uninstall of SVP and SMPlayer.  Reinstalled SVP only to see if I could get MPV player to work isolated from SMPlayer.  Did a full install, checked mpv player mpv shared library boxes, etc. etc., set the environmental variables, checked that the PATH was pointing to SVP/MPV and it still doesn't work.  The video starts, pauses as it usually does initially, and instead of the little logo that comes up in the lower left of the screen that indicates SVP is working, the video just disappears.  How could this happen?  I did a completely fresh install.  Again, it works fine with MPC-HC player.  AI chat says it must have something to do with vapoursynth but I don't know what that is or how to fix it... 

Chainik???  Anyone?

Try this:
1. Playback file using SVP menu: Open file via mpv...
if it can't help
2. Rewrite environment variables using SVP menu: Utilities > Set environment variables for Vapoursynth...

It is not normal.

Still waiting on some sort of resolution to the issue discussed above.  I'm unable to use the product until some movement is made.  If you need me to run some more error reports or something I'm happy to do that but the radio silence here is deafening.  Somehow Vapoursynth is not working, I think that may be the common issue with MPV player not working either standalone or with SMPlayer and with the error message I get with MPC-HC. 

I asket ChatGPT how I could install Vapoursynth myself to perhaps solve the problem and Chat said NOT to do this because it could interfere with the built-in path configuration etc., that SVP uses.  Chat said to have the SVP "development team" instruct me on how to correct their product.  That's what I'm trying to do here and am unsure what the problem is.  If there is no solution to the problem then please at least respond as so instead of just ignoring the issue.

I was unable to have the AI run a program off my computer.  I fed it the error log, though, and this is what I got:

The Cause
You are playing a video with an odd-numbered width/height dimension (850x480), and when SVP attempts to crop the frame for 3D/Side-by-Side processing, the resulting resolution violates YUV color format requirements. Standard 4:2:0 YUV video formats require dimensions and cropping coordinates to be even numbers (Mod 2). Because 850 divided in half yields an odd dimension or an uneven split, AviSynth throws a crop error.

How to Fix It
Disable Auto-Crop for Odd-Resolution Files: In your SVP 4 settings under Applications or Video profiles, look for the cropping options and disable automatic black-border cropping for videos with non-standard or odd resolutions.

Re-encode the Video: Alternatively, resize or pad the source video beforehand so that both dimensions are cleanly divisible by 2 (or 4/16 for best compatibility with motion interpolation).

Unfortunately, this "fix" didn't work either.  I've attached a new error log, please some developer look at this so I can use the product again..

Thanks for responding Chainik.  I have already tried everything you describe above.  I've attached screenshots of how I set the Vapoursynth filter (see Vapoursynth filter) and how the entire media player crashes after I did that (see MPC-HC crash).

As far a mpv bundled with SVP for SMPlayer, I've aready done that as well, to no avail.  (See attached screenshots 43 and 44).  Also, I've attached a screenshot showing that I've set the PATHs correctly in environmental variables (see screenshot 45).

If you read some of my posts from years ago I had problems with SVP not working with SMPlayer, but for the better part of a year or two, it's been working fine.  I have no idea what happened.  I changed nothing, and one day I woke up, fired up SMPlayer, and it stopped working.  I don't think the problem is with SMPlayer though, I think the problem is with mpv, because I can't even get the SVP internal mpv player to play a video, the video starts, pauses, and then disappears.  The standard fixes don't help, please don't say, just click the "set environmental variables for vapoursynth" in Utilities.  I'm way past that.  As I said, the whole thing was working for a year+  I'm not just setting this up for the first time.  What boggles my mind, though, is that doing a compete uninstall of SMplayer and SVP and then a reinstall still doesn't work.  If I were an SVP developer, I certainly would be intrigued and think of this as a challenge.  Please do and help.

I think the base and most important central clues to this mystery boil down to 1) The fact that I can't get a video to play through SVP's native mpv player and 2) the "RIFE only works via Vapoursynth!" error message in MPC-HC.  It would seem to me that the problem her is somehow focused on Vapoursynth.  But I'm not the developer of SVP, so I yield to you.

regarding "RIFE only works via Vapoursynth!" - again, the log! this message shouldn't appear with "Vapoursynth Filter" at all.
