Кстати подсветка меня не удовлетворила, хоть и написано заполнять, а все равно не заполняет как в предыдущей версии
Надо выбрать другой тип подсветки, либо указать длину подсветки 300% и более, воспользовавшись пользовательской подсветкой.

Да. Это досадная ситуация, пугающая некоторых пользователей, но не мешающая работе пакета и тем более не критическая ошибка. 
И как раз благодаря закрытому бета-тестированию мы имеем стабильный продукт без "детских" болезней. Я противник публичных бета-версий.

What version ffdShow you have?
Did you try to return to ffdShow rev.4453 from SVP 3.1.2?

Ok. How many ffdShow filters loaded? If 2 then it maybe cause.
Try to disable ffdShow decoder how it described here.
To leave ffdShow RAW only you just need apply some settings:
1. In SVP tray menu: Information - Hidden settings - change value of setting forceRAWinDecoder to 0 - close and save.
2. Exit SVP-Manager.
3. Windows Start button menu - Programs - ffdShow - ffdShow decoder - Codecs tab - change Raw video value to disabled as it shown at picture above - OK.
4. Launch SVP-Manager.
I see 25 fps. Is it wrong frame rate?

Please put into zip-archive all files and subfolders from %appdata%\SVP 3.1\ folder and attach it here.
The error occurs when SVPMgr trying to read bool value from ini file.
Have you any antivirus installed? Maybe it blocking SVPMgr. Try to disable your antivirus software and reinstall SVP.

Это была ошибка в ffdShow декодере. SVP-менеджер всегда повышал ему приоритет и включал поддержку RAW. Но это не работало. В последней версии ffdShow это исправили и подгрузка заработала. Как оказалось, она получилась лишней. Теперь подгружаются оба фильтра ffdShow. Большой беды в этом нет. Один из фильтров работает насквозь без каких-либо преобразований видео и без дополнительной нагрузки на процессор. Выше описано как отключить подгрузку второго фильтра. В следующей версии SVP фильтр ffdShow будет один.

Спасибо за информацию. Тоже пользуюсь EVR Sync. Вместе с madVR и EVR Custom - это самые плавные отрисовщики. Шейдеры можно применять с любым из них.

Официальный способ отключения подгрузки ffdShow decoder'а:
1. В трей-меню SVP: Показать - Скрытые настройки - изменить значение настройки forceRAWinDecoder=0 - закрыть и сохранить.
2. Выйти из SVP-менеджера.
3. В меню Windows Пуск - Программы - ffdShow - ffdShow decoder - вкладка Codecs - изменить значение настройки Raw video value = disabled - OK.
4. Запустить SVP-менеджер.

Your second video is bad for frame interpolation.
It has dropped frames and blended frames. This video can not be smoothed with good quality.
BTW, try this settings:

Raw filter I guess, because MPCHC has its own decoders and plus there is already an external decoder (LAV Video) which works wonderfully because of hardware acceleration, CUDA support, HW deinterlacing, etc., I also think FFdshow video decoder might conflict with or take over the above mentioned decoders
OK. If it will be not so hard I will post here QuickFix tomorrow.

It is serious bug. And it will be not simple to fix it. And not fast.
Now you can change Motion vector grid to 24 px. Large 2.
It is not ideal solution. But you will be able to watch video without annoying wave artifacts.
It is temporal solution. Until the real fix will be implemented.

Please check if these artifacts present at SVP 3.1.2.
If it so give me your AVS-scripts in both cases with two original frames or with short episode cutted from your video.
We will fix it.
It is OK.
1. When you facing with performance problems? At start of playing or after several minutes?
2. What profiles set auto-detected at your system? 3g? SVP 3.1.3 tray menu - profiles - reset to default

Did you measure how many %% of CPU used your decoder and madVR renderer?
Just open your 1080 amine and disable SVP.
