В "профилях видео" надо сделать профиль с нужной частотой.

giving 23.976 video and 60 Hz screen, by default SVP will do 23.976 * 5/2 = 59.94 fps
but if you, for some reason, want exactly 60.000 fps, then you can set it via "force the exact value" option

Если муксить ffmpeg-ом, выбросив дорогу титров, то результат нормальный. А с титрами - воспроизведение вешается, звука нет и т.д. (на примере s01e06).
Не знаю что из этого следует.

I don't see how SVP could possibly affect "Netflix (in Chrome, FF, Edge and Windows 10 app)" and Crunchyroll (unless you watch it in MPC-HC via SVPtube).

Speaking of MPC-HC:
- what kind of movies? (for example, animes with variable framerate can have sync issues)
- turn on "D3D fullscreen" option in EVR-CP video renderer if it's off now (and vise versa)

Ryzen 7 @3500 - CPU usage <40% while watching 4K in MPC-HC 64-bit.
mpv has an unknown issue with 4K @60 fps playback - CPU usage goes up to 80% and video is jerky as hell. Still investigating the reason

Sorry, I won't buy it even "for only $22 with 85% black friday discount" I don't believe in any system "optimizers" and "cleaners"

But it should have some kind of "whitelist" where you can add SVP.

Addition: it's not a "real-time protector" but ASC itself, even in a Free version. It probably installs some driver because simple ending all processes and services doesn't help
