Цифры показывают что не надо за "народ" говорить. "Народ" не пользуется Windows XP. Совсем.
По крайней мере, не для целей просмотра видео на домашнем компе.

Могу сказать, что среди зарегистрированных пользователей, счастливых обладателей WinXP ровно 14 штук, из которых активные регистрации на сейчас у 5 (пяти) штук. Т.е. где-то там в районе 0.01%. Пора рубить под корень.

this means SVP can't read plugins/libvapoursynth.so.22 version at startup
you can check its dependencies with ldd command

hmm... This's a known ffmpeg's issue and I was pretty sure it was fixed in our latest build of mpv 0.28 
Seems like it was fixed upstream so you can just get the latest "official" build there and it's working (replace mpv.exe in SVP 4/mpv64 folder).
(However that build misses some built-in encoders needed for SVPcode and SVPcast)

SVP 4 folder should contain these files: svp4-maintenance.exe, .ini and .dat. Do you see them?
In case the .dat file is missing, there should be a copy of it 'svp4-maintenance.dat.backup'.

Yeah, there's a bug in the mpc-qt sources that prevents SVP from working.
As there're no commits since Nov 30, I decided to build it on my own one more time - see the first post for the fixed v17.11 build.
