For 4K playback:
1. do not use 32-bit players
2. use mpv with caution - for some [still unknown] reason it becomes very CPU-demanding playing 4K and lags even with Ryzen 7 on default SVP settings.

Best player for 4K is MPC-HC/BE 64-bit.

ну во-1, странно иметь в интерфейсе настройку "до частоты экрана", и одновременно жестко вбивать фиксированное значение в override
так делать точно не надо

во-2, экран правда 64 Гц? лучше уж тогда в интерфейсе нажать на кнопку "x2.5"

I think this's just a madVR's feature, you can ignore it.
What matters is movie size displayed in madVR's on-screen stats.

Chromecast non-Ultra can only handle 60 fps in 720p resolution.
Set Video frame -> Advanced -> Decrease to HD.

Obviously it thinks that Roku supports Chromecast protocol ant tries to control it the same way it controls Google Chromecast.
