which version of AMD drivers are you using?
"amdocl64.dll" is a part of AMD video driver, so you may want to reinstall/update it.
mpv is the only way now, though it can't switch TV to HDR mode (like madVR does), but you can just turn on HDR in Windows 10's display settings.

You've to either add files folder by folder or find a way to place all of them into one folder. Probably making a symbolic links will be enough...

Interpolating a video with high frame rate can be a very CPU consuming task, because 60->120 fps conversion requires twice as much resource as a 30->120 conversion.
Because of this, SVP has a built-in limiter for the source frame rate to be processed. You can override it by using the All settings window, see frc.target.max value.

For 4K playback:
1. do not use 32-bit players
2. use mpv with caution - for some [still unknown] reason it becomes very CPU-demanding playing 4K and lags even with Ryzen 7 on default SVP settings.
Best player for 4K is MPC-HC/BE 64-bit.

так делать точно не надо
во-2, экран правда 64 Гц? лучше уж тогда в интерфейсе нажать на кнопку "x2.5"
