IF SVPtube works for you via HTTP proxy (not SOCKS5!) THEN you can also force mpv player to make network requests via proxy.
Control Panel -> System -> System properties -> Environment variables -> add new user variable called 'http_proxy'.
Don't forget to restart SVP Manager after adding it.

It may not be so simple... there's a chance that IGP is _always_ used as a rendering device for video playback.

playing 4K @60fps HDR h.265 on 850M and 4712HQ? I dunno... ensure you have 850M selected as a card used for HW decoder in LAV properties. Try "NVIDIA CUVID" decoder option.

yeah, we definitely need too look into it, but I can't guarantee it's possible w/o some changes in mpv itself
