madVR can show subtitles itself without ffdShow/VS filter/XY-VS-filter.
If you can't setup it yourself then I will get home after 5 hours from now. I can help via TeamViewer from home.

Did you try to use different renderers in MPC-HC. I recommend to try madVR exclusive mode, madVR windowed overlay, EVR full screen mode and overlay mixer. Where you see minimum of jumps of tearing line?
They all have another more stable way of synchronization.

SVP can not do that. And any interpolation software can not do that. Cause the four source frames has false times and they need to reclock (decimate) before use interpolation software.

I found the file in the Potplayer in Program Files(x86) > Daum > Porplayer. I am not sure if this is where I was supposed to go
It can be everywhere where you copied or installed it. If you have PotPlayer icon at desctop or in start program menu then right click by mouse and choose properties. There you can find path to executable potplayermini file.

Maybe it is weak videocard for Potplayer + SVP. Try to disable GPU-acceleration in SVP tray menu. Your 8 core CPU can did all work without GPU help.

Thank you. GPU load and temperature in normal.
Did you change your video card driver lately?
Maybe activated/deactivated stereo mode make so strange effect with jumping of tearing line?

I found the "PotPlayerMini" file.
It is right file. There is only one potplayermini file in the folder. "exe" part may be invisible in your system. Apply patch to this file:
Start menu - programs - SVP 3.1.5 - Utilities - 4GB Patch - choose potplayermini - Open - "Patched successfully" - OK.

1. Run DPC Latency Checker from Start - Programs - SVP 3.1.5 - Utilities. It must show green bars. If not go to dpclat homepage and read carefully how to fix the problem.

Microsoft выпустила программу для бесшовной циклической анимации VideoLoop.
программа изолирует все движущиеся объекты в кадре, определяет скорость их движения. После этого осуществляется оптимизация движения элементов таким образом, чтобы первый и последний кадр видеоролика совпадали
программа даёт забавные глюки в некоторых ситуациях. Например, при зацикливании оживлённого трафика на автомагистрали некоторые автомобили пропадают посреди дороги. Не очень красиво выглядят и качающаяся на волнах лодка, поскольку алгоритм динамично меняет её форму.
Примеры готовых зацикленных видео (осторожно траффик)!

It looks like bob-deinterlacer is active on progressive material. It decreases vertical resolution by two.
You need to disable deinterlace.

Да, бывает. Размер кадра в статистике плеера иногда не соответствует действительности. Правильной работе SVP и плеера это не мешает.
Насколько мне известно, решения нет. По крайней мере, до сих пор это никого не волновало. Работает, да и ладно.
К слову, со стороны SVP тут ничего не исправишь. Это проблема плеера, что он ошибается в своей статистике и пишет неверное разрешение и частоту кадров.

Это ошибка доступа. Либо не хватает прав доступа, либо антивирус, запрещающий доступ к какому-то файлу.
Конкретнее можно будет сказать, если сообщите какая версия SVPMgr.exe?
меню SVP в трее - Показать - Журнал последнего запуска

А еще лучше: дождаться появления ошибки и не нажимая OK вручную открыть файл журнала и приложить его здесь полностью. Тогда я увижу место, в котором происходит ошибка.
Для этого открыть проводник, скопировать и вставить в адресную строку значение
C:\ProgramData\SVP 3.1\Logs
нажать Enter, откроется папка с файлом Log.txt, открыть этот файл, скопировать его содержимое, вставить сюда на форум.

Пожалуйста. Это второй случай за неделю с выключенным форматом Raw video внутри ffdShow.
При установке полного пакета SVP эта настройка ffdShow должна выполняться автоматически в процессе установки.
Но и в этом и в том случае ставился ПОЛНЫЙ SVP, но настройка не применилась. Будем смотреть, почему. В следующей версии SVP будет исправлено.
Добавление в wiki пока не требуется.

Нет ничего вечного. У меня вот сетевуха на матери вчера сгорела. Синих экранов нет, но и инета с компа тоже нет
Теперь тащить в сервис на замену, однозначно.
Я к тому, что если проблему можно решить заменой железа, то надо решать заменой железа.

Some programs can replace avisynth to another version (not MT). Then SVP don't touch avisynth because he don't know what version user wants more.

Start from choose 1g / 2g / 3g profiles set from SVP menu - Video profiles - Reset to defaults.
Then remember good settings. Then return to 5g set and add new profile 3840x1080 @ 30Hz with these settings.
And you are right. It is heavy task to SVP to smoothing dual 1080p@30 video.
