"no video formats matching filters"

I don't know when exactly this issue cropped up but I tried to use SVP Tube recently and now it's presenting this error "no video formats matching filters" along with only like 27p to 45p available in the resolutions. I have not made any changes to SVP Tube, so basically an update broke this software.
