Thank you for bug report. I confirm the issue. It is appear at WinXP 32 bit too. But very rarely.
It will be nice if you can help us to find error placement. According to my observations error occurs just after rewind in player.

sometimes SVP OSD dos not show "► sign"

for example it shows:
SVP: 4smooth playback
and auto enables and disables repeatedly when playing some 720*576 25fps mpeg2 file or channels in DVBViewer.
sometimes detects constant frame rate as variable frame rate.
CPU usage is not too high of course.

Problem with triangle in OSD is in the ffdShow when OSD calls very often. We can't fix it.
It is not critical error.

About variable frame rate. You can check this by looking for FPS means from ffdShow. SVP take this information from ffdShow.

Thank you for bug reports. In our plans is to fix random error only.

some times right click on SVP tray icon show blank black menu and then application crash message

if don't click on OK on this message SVP can continue to work.

in old 3.0.2 version I never saw this kind of errors.

Thank you for detailed bug report.

You are not the first user who talk about gdi32-error and blank black menu.
How I can reproduce this error?

May be it is special file or you are using special config of PC?

player: Potplayer version: 1.5 build 28025 -beta
ffdshow tryouts: rev 3976
graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated (AMD 785G Chipse)
driver version: 11.8
CPU: AthlonII X2 250
I'm not sure which condition cause this.
this error dos not appear always.
but as a case:
playing SD mpeg2
Cyberlink video decoder(HAM) + ffdshow raw + evr custom renderer
suddenly CPU usage increases too high and this error occurs.

where did you get cyberlink ham video decoder?

From licensed Cyberlink installation I think wink

But if you're already using PotPlayer then it's DXVA mode is much simpler and better.

I use Cyberlink video decoder not cyeberlink HAM decoder
but in filter settings I choose HAM.

(.ax & .dll extracted  from Powerdvd 11 installation)
unfortunately Iran's government has not agreed to be bound by WTO copyright laws, endorsing the free distribution of unlicensed software. sad  big_smile
crazy government + UN sanctions + No VISA/Master card ===>75 million Pirate  lol 

I tried dxva but somtimes I had bad results. (video lags behind Audio)
perhaps weak GPU

What kind of gpu you have?
Fill the profile!
Recommended requirment for use SVP-GPU is radeon 5650 and higher or nvidia 8800/9800GT

I know it is too weak
on-board graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated (AMD 785G Chipse)
Really GPU acceleration in SVP is inactive.

for me CPU usage is lower with Cyberlink video decoder (HAM) compare to dxva and software

but you does't fill profile

HD 4200 is enough for output FHD content at 30fps, but very probably not enough for video with honest 50-60fps
Developers' engeneers does't know about SVP  wink
