Topic: Incorrect source fps on changing file in bundled mpv
When playing multiple files, after changing active video file (selecting next in playlist, drag&drop other file, etc) svp thinks source framerate is twice from real, so it can lead to a few issues like:
• selecting incorrect profile if source fps is used as filter
• interpolating to half of target result framerate if using "to screen" target (72 fps on 144 hz etc)
• showing weird result if using fixed multiplier (24 on 4x says 192 fps instead of 96)
Considerations:
1. latest component updates installed
2. using bundled mpv (C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP 4\mpv64\mpv.exe)
3. %appdata%\mpv is empty (no mpv config overrides)
4. used many unrelated video source files (anime from different forums/trackers, movies, streamed content over yt-dlp, all in different resolutions etc) for over a few months and all recent SVP updates with a hope for a fix, but still...

In the log this part caught attention so perhaps MediaInfo component has some bug or something. (afaik it's used in MPC-HC, but it shows 23.976 on files in properties):
00:10:45.664 I: Media: assuming 47.952 fps instead of 23.976 fps
00:10:45.664 W: Media: frame rate info can be incorrect - 23.976 fps via video player vs. 47.952 fps via MediaInfo
00:10:45.664 I: Media: scan type is interlaced
