By the way, I fixed the issue with my RDNA card by downgrading to Linux 6.17.x as there is a major regression for AMD GPUs in 6.18.x

I also wanted to ask if there is documentation to 1:1 options in creating a custom SVP file?

I recently updated from a working setup with Rocm-7.1.0 and mpv 0.40 compiled with vapoursynth-72 on Gentoo. I’m also getting an activation loop. It does not matter, whether I change the system python to 3.12. The activation registration works by the way. SVP just exits immediately afterwards without an error message or error exit status. I tested both bundled and system Qt/ICU/Mediainfo libraries. Using system libraries I get the following on a Sway Wayland session:
