what is the version printed to console?
it should be "Main: starting up SVP 4 Pro [4.7.0.305-3]"

Activation still looping on Arch Linux with 4.7.305-1 downloaded today, on both the packaged AUR version and one ran directly through the .run file.

Still dumping core when attempting to use the Chinese server.

have you try installing it, and open the SVP4 folder and run the svp-manager to update the new build ?

@Chainik, yep, -3 on my VM does it too

Re: SVP 4 Linux

Unlike others, I'm experiencing the opposite: For a few months SVP has been broken, around the time Fedora did the KDE 6.4 upgrade I think, and today I downloaded the newest version and it's finally working without segmentation fault crashing.
I had to remove my old IP on the license page to get it up and running again though.
Using the global server btw.

Re: SVP 4 Linux

That seems to work better - I can however still crash it in two ways, if I set an invalid system proxy (like http://192.168.1.1:1234), then it gives 101 - Proxy connection refused and coredumps, and similarly if I point it at mitmproxy via http://192.168.1.10:8080, it also coredumps with a certificate issuer error 6.

Re: SVP 4 Linux

I just purchased and installed SVP and its working mostly fine, even RIFE, except I can't seem to add any extensions. When I click "Update or add feature..." nothing happens and I don't get any terminal output either. Are there any alternative methods to install extensions? Trying to get svptube.

it runs svp4-maintenance from the SVP's folder
is it here?

It is not. Could this be a side effect of installing SVP through the AUR?
