Topic: Frame drops only when not in fullscreen.

Problem: Whether it be using RIFE or standard settings, I am now getting frame drops in Potplayer if I am not fullscreen. Any other browsers and windows are minimised. Fullscreen will not have any drops.
This did not happen before.

Possible cause: I updated Windows 10. I only update every few months, and did it before it went EoL.

What I did to solve:
1. DDU and re-installed GPU drivers, didn't work. All settings are the same.
2. Reset SVP also did nothing.
3. Reset Potplayer to barebones settings, no change

Hardware:
AOC 24G4 @ 120hz
Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 4060ti

Additional info: No warnings or errors in SVP logs.

If you disable SVP completely, running PotPlayer without interpolation, do you still experience frame drops when playing high bitrate video in windowed mode?

Nope, the same show will not have any drops
