Topic: How to use Reclock first to slow down the DVD to 24 fps?

Hello,
I enjoy watching my PAL DVDs slowed down to their original speed of 24 fps. I usually use Reclock for this. However, when SVP is enabled, Reclock identifies the video as 60 fps, making it unable to slow it down properly. While I can force it to slow down, the output ends up being 57.6 fps.

Is there a way to use Reclock first to slow down the DVD to 24 fps, and then send that resulting video to SVP for conversion from 24 fps to 60 fps?

Just use 2.5x ratio in SVP profile settings.
You will get the same 4% slowdown.

25 > 24 fps = 4% slowdown.
25*2.5 = 62.5 > 60 fps = 4% slowdown.
