Topic: MPC Video Renderer + VapourSynth Filter BUT NOT RIFE

AviSynth Filter has frame drops in 4k HDR content which looks like micro stuttering on my RTX 5060 16GB

VapourSynth Filter works smooth no frame drops whatsoever.

Is it possible to use MPC Video Renderer + VapourSynth Filter but for regular automatic frame interpolation (not the Rife AI)? When I try it doesn't detect the playback...

RIFE is just a video profile. Switch to "Automatic" and you'll get a regular FRC algorithm.

That's the problem when using VapourSynth Filter SVP is not detecting video being played by MPCHC

then how do you know that "VapourSynth Filter works smooth no frame drops whatsoever"?

anyway, check the log for errors

Re: MPC Video Renderer + VapourSynth Filter BUT NOT RIFE

I got everything to work now.

First of all I have just reinstalled windows and forgot to run the command to add vapoursyth to path. It turned out that both filters were actually stuttering BUT I managed to fix vapoursynth not to have any framedrops in 4k by unchecking in filter properties all the 10-bit and 16-bit input formats and now SVP works with it (because of the path) and there is no stuttering/framedrops at all.
