White Text Black Background Flicker - Any suggestions to fix?

I've got SVP working very well with minimal to no noticeable artifacts in most scenes in movies. However, at the beginning of certain movies where this is white or almost white text on black backgrounds, the text flickers really bad. See attached screenshot. Is there any way to fix or minimize this? Is there a way to get SVP to not do any processing in these types of scenes? I Really just need it for panning scenes on my OLED.

I've attached a screenshot of my settings as well. I'm running the screen refresh rate at 120hz fyi.

I know there are lots of undocumented advanced settings that I have no idea what they do. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
