Topic: Disable SVP profile based on monitor framerate

Hello, my computer switches between native playback on a 60 hz living room TV and streaming over Moonlight to a 30 hz TV in my bedroom. I'm looking for a way to disable SVP when Moonlight changes Windows's framerate to 30 for my bedroom TV. Is there a way to do this?

While looking into the if conditions for profiles, I couldn't find documentation for the "on screen" condition on the wiki. What does it do?
