SVP Dolby Vision

I installed K-Lite Codec Pack 17.7.1 which has support for Dolby Vision (profiles 5/8.1/8.4 only) thanks to MPC Video Renderer, but SVP doesn't function and no color setting is found. What could be the problem with the settings?
