After repeated tests, it is found that the video transcoded by svp4 is not synchronized. Because the length of video and audio is inconsistent, transcoding out of the audio will always be a few seconds more, a few seconds less video. MP4 file, there is no such phenomenon. Blu ray TS file will have this phenomenon

What about audio stream length and video stream length in the source file?
Are they the same?
Maybe audio stream in source file has some delay at beginning?
After SVP the delay is 0 and you get this desynchronization.

After transcoding, the sound lags behind the video. After separating the video and audio, we found that the video time is a few seconds shorter than the audio time. We confirmed that the original file is exactly the same. This phenomenon appears in TS file. I didn't find this phenomenon in MP4

You can adjust audio delay in any player manually, find what exactly value you need and remux your file with this value.

Later remedial measures are available, but a lot of transcoding work seems to be too much workload, I transcode more TS files.
