DTS or AC3 high-definition video transcoding directly into dual chann

If the TS file contains DTS or AC3 high-definition audio, video transcoding will appear out of sync with the sound and picture. If MP4 does not have this problem, please ask if you can make DTS or AC3 high-definition video transcoding directly into dual channel audio. I hope people who understand can help me point out.
