Topic: PotPlayer - MPV

PotPlayer appears to support VapourSynth.
It seems to require a .vpy file.
Is using VapourSynth in PotPlayer a bad idea, an impossible idea or will this be a supported approach?

It is a bad idea cause the performance is awful (and it doesn't provide any additional benefits cause PotPlayer doesn't support 10-bit filter chain) but you're free to try it by yourself wink
Turn off ffdshow raw filter, main.setup.potplayer.native = true, restart SVP, main.setup.potplayer.prefer_avisynth = false.

Vapoursynth+potplayer, it works, but the performance worst than 10000 times avisynth+potplayer.

if you want to try VapourSynth I recommend MPV.NET + VapourSynth.
