Topic: Transcoder is producing separate audio / video files? [Logs attached]

Hi all, my main goal with purchasing SVP 4 Pro is to be able to take 30fps mp4 or mkv files and transcode to 60fps. My problem is that when I transcode a file like example.mp4, it gives me two output files:

* example.SVP.mp4  --  this file only contains audio
* example.SVP.temporary.mkv  --  this file only contains the 60fps video, no audio (if using H.264, otherwise with H.265 this file doesn't seem to play at all)

I am running SVP 4 Pro on Win 8.1 64-bit, i7 cpu with GTX 1080. Here are some things I've already tried:

* Tried using trial version instead, tried re-installing svp 4 pro as well
* Updated graphics drivers to latest version (431.60) and rebooted PC
* Tried transcoding other mp4 files, other videos in different formats

Here are the logs from my latest attempt:

Re: Transcoder is producing separate audio / video files? [Logs attached]

according to ffmpeg's log - all ok, there must be two streams (videos + audio) in the output file
